Very smooth well damped pan and tilt. Pre-set non adjustable balance spring....works well on my camera. Finish seems very good. Pretty rigid really. Comes with sprung loaded corded hidden in one of the legs to keep them folded when carrying with no bag. Bag itself is big enough to take one small lighting stand as well.....excellent. The bag is not the strongest or most durable quality but is excellent considering the whole package. Very pleased with this purchase....much better than average at this level (and I have used many many different tripods in my career!)

Delivery was fantastic, I cannot fault the seller for that. The tripod however suffers from a couple of issues. First and mainly - the panning arm/handle screws in at a slight angle to the tripod head, so no matter how tightly you attempt to attach it, it will wiggle slightly when used. This could be solved with a new handle, but as of right now I don't have a perfectly smooth tripod to use, which is a shame as the head unit is very nice. Secondly, the tripod rattles when moved. This is a smaller issue but could be annoying if moving around whilst filming on say a set, or at an event. Everything else about the tripod I loved, the slight but strong frame/legs, the convenient travel bag, the smooth head. The loose handle however has taken a potentially 5 star product and made it just average.Read full review

It is a fairly good product for the money. Heavy, but sturdy, well made tripod, smoodly working metal spread in between the legs. Even the head is ok, it works with smood movements both horizontally an verically, if you only put a dslr on it. If the load is heavier, than a small dslr with a small zoom lens, than the tripod head unfortunally will make jumps no matter how fine is the pressure to turn it. It happens mostly at horizontal movements though. So, only buy this head if you can get away with off line movements! If you're looking for smooth movements with a dslr+ full gear you must spend a lot more on a tripod head!! A lot more!

Good stable tripod. I use a teleprompter with iPad and a light camera on mine. Definitely not small - I wanted a big, sturdy tripod and that was what I got. Just a note to say that a small piece of the handle was broken on mine on arrival and the factory sent another straight away. Can't complain at that. PS I paid full price for this, review is completely independent.

Previously I bought a WF-717 that was only 1.55m for use in wedding videos and other little films generally. I was really impressed by the fluid head and how stable the tripod felt, also how it was almost impossible to shake the camera on the tripod unless you were really trying. 1.55m wasn't high enough for everything I wanted so, instead of just getting new legs, I bought another at 1.8m. It's one downside is that it is just heavy enough to be really tire you after a couple of minutes, but the results are worth it.
