Bought this from Costco. Have been sleeping on this for about 3 months while my mattress was being delivered and cancelled (twice) due to supply chain issues. I enjoy a firm mattress. You must keep Plugged in so when the mattress deflates a bit it will charge itself up automatically. Nope. Over time one of the tubes came apart making a small hole this I ended up in a hot dog bun. The bed never inflated. So I turned the dial button to medium and then back to form and it inflated again. At the time I didn’t know what happened. After doing this twice in the morning I felt the air leak though could find then”hole” but it looked where the fused channel met. I put a piece of duct tape on and now waiting to see. At the end of the day this feature doesn’t work to maintain firmness.
