    Top notch

    Item arrived in a couple of days from purchase. Setup was straight forward taking 30 mins approx you just need to have a set of spanners/ratchet set to secure both sides of the bolt/nut when tightening. Rack itself is really nice. looks good and sturdy and holds bar securely and easily. Seat adjusts height levels and padding good. All in all its 10/10 for this and i looked at a few which most had issues with tipping over but this is a top dog. I defo recommend, thanks!!!

    Great Bench to compliment a good Biceps workout

    First off , its easy to assemble and its a very solid structure and very stable when using weights. Definetely works the different biceps muscles through different types of curls You can really get a good burn using it. I also find it activates the lower biceps which does not happen with standard curls. Ive only had it a short while , i can already feel some progress. Worth every penny if you are working out at home. Happy Curling ......

    Great product all round

    Well made, sturdy and compact. I don't have much space so take the large pad and bar support off in seconds and store it away very easily. Good adjustment on it so that you can set it up to suit your height/frame, be really comfortable and get a good workout. Easily assembled to start with, using a 17mm and a 14mm ring spanner or socket.
