Well made switch.
A well made product that I am happy to use. It switches both the live and neutral wires with feedthrough for a continuous earth lead making it a useful switch for low power items, not just table lamps. It is not the simplest to wire up due to the minimal space inside the unit but electrically sound once connected properly and has good cable clamping at each end if installed correctly . Alternatives are worse, still this was not great.
One end of the assembly is very tight in terms of space for the wiring. One of the terminal screws was cross threaded and only just worked. Expected better for the price. Ebayer was good, not blaming them for the products bad points. Still I would recommend it as the alternatives are even worse!

Well made
The switch is really well made and has provision for the earth connection which was an important feature for my application as the lamp has metal parts and the earth is the major safety feature. It was tricky to wire up, but I found the easiest way was to dismantle the switch and complete the wiring before reassembling it. It has a good, reassuring feel when it is operated.

Almost ultimate?
This is the best switch I was able to find. This switch doesn't say where it's made, but the quality is up there. The brass parts inside look excellent. And I noticed that the switch mechanism is actually greased. A bad thing is that this switch has these evil stickers on it, which leave behind gum and paper. I tried using acetone to remove the stickers, and it ruined the plastic of that switch. This is unusual for electrical items, which are usually unaffected by acetone. Perhaps this calls in to question the quality of the plastic. But there is plenty of it; this switch is very bulky.This is the best switch I was able to find.
