I've only had this for a couple weeks. The dials and settings are working great. I have made toast, toasted some sandwiches and even steamed some water with the top grill. I even broiled a game hen on the rotisserie last week with potato's. It came out excellent!! Everything is sturdy and seems to clean well. I have 1 game hen left and I'm going to try a different recipe this week. On max temperature I've put my hands around the unit and the heat stays in it very well. I'm very excited and very pleased to have this toaster oven. Make sure you read directions- you must put it on max temperature and cook off the shipping oils for 15-20 minutes

It bakes & broils really well. My main gripe is in using the "keep on" capability (vs timed". You need to force the switch past the ringing bell, to get t turned off. The physical resistance in doing such feels like I am doing something wrong, and leaves the feeling something will break too soon in the somewhat forceful action of what should be a comfy switch selection click... not argrinfpding motion. Perhaps I am too picky ... time will tell.

The controls are easy to use. It needs a longer time cord and longer prongs for the meat. I have only used it for rotisserie.

To cutdown on the heat from using the oven, this will be my go-to for cooking this summer! Would have like it better if it were equipped with a kabob wheel.
