My family of four has gone through three of these over the last 15(ish?) years. One battery wore out, one was dropped too many times, and one got lost (no idea how). We're on to our fourth, now. It cleans brilliantly, Both kids are completely cavity free, and the wife and I have needed no dental work since we started using it. Charger is small enough to take on holiday. Swappable heads mean it is great to share for the whole family.

No speed control, needs to be controllable to get used to it! (Beyond the supposedly slow start). 2 stars is generous for something that is of no use to me! Can't honestly use it, even after several attempts. The brushing action is far too harsh, feels like putting a cattle prod in your mouth!

its first charge lasted a fortnight. during a journey I would like the manufacturer to provide a second head protector as the only one was lost during a journey. Also a soft case for the toothbrush would be useful.

Really impressed with this product, cleans well. The charging is amazing, one charge lasts over two weeks, best charging I have known as have two other makes and models that required constant charging. Would highly recommend this product, good value at a reasonable price.
