    Lovely handles

    Great handles. Well made in a timeless design. They screw onto the central metal bar, with a grommet fixing, so fix well and are flexible for different widths of doors. We've used them for the vestibule door and living room door off the entrance hallway, and they look great. New ones exactly like this are nearly 3x the price in our local architectural antiques / reclamation shop in Manchester.

    Wooden door knobs

    Bit early to review as only got last week but the knobs themselves feel well made and certainty look the part and love the colour. One knob became loose after a day and I hope when tightened with an Alan key that will be the last of the bother

    Handles are fine screws are garbage

    If you can find some decent screws to fit then these doorknobs are ok. The supplied screws are of poor design and made of rubbish. Threads are too shallow and two out of eight weren't even usable as the heads weren't formed properly. One of the other heads shattered while being screwed in even with a pilot hole.
