As soon as we'd put it together my cat was straight on it exploring it, she loves it so much and hasn't left it alone since! Very easy to put this tree together with easy to understand instructions. My minor gripe is that I find the tree a little unstable despite the two bases. Maybe I did something wrong, but this doesn't detract what good value and quality this tree is.

There was no parts missing and it was very easy and fast to put together. The only thing to improve that would make it better is wider bases especially that this is quite tall item, but this seem to be a standard base for all scratching trees. The most important thing my cat loves it and spend a lot of time on it
