This is the first bread maker I have bought did alot of research and it seem to do all I wanted it to and hade very good reveiws. I like the fact that you can see how the bread is doing by the window, it is very easy to use and makes delicious bread and has an alarm to let you know when to put other ingredients in though I did try and put them in straight away and it didn't mash them up. I would recommend this one to other people.
Where do I start? Morphy Richards 48261 FastBake; This is my 3rd Morphy Richards, though I must admit that I haven't bought a different make Bread Maker. My first Morphy Richards Machine bought off Ebay is working really well (in Spain), the second machine was given to us here in U.K. and the last one just bought from from Trowbridge, Wiltshire. I found these machines so simple to use that even I, a mere male can master it. The grandkids love them. All the ingredients are pre-measured and weighed for them ready, as they are only 6 years and 9 years old, then they both add their ingredients in order and make their own loaves in their own machines. Something so simple to make and they love eating their own bread, proudly showing them off to any visitors that call. We now even have them both waiting for their own crusts to eat.(bless 'em). We knew we wanted a breadmaker, but before we went to the shops, I went on ebay and bid for and won a brilliant Morphy Richards FastBake Stainless Steel Bread Machine. It is everything we hoped for and more. Not only fresh bread, but a timer that means we can set it to be ready for when we wake up. Not only fresh bread, but so far, white loaf, brown wholemeal loaf, italian herb bread, chocolate bread and over weekend, olive bread which with oil and balsamic vinegar made a fatastic sunday lunch. My partner says she loves the breadmaker.........and so do I. Thanks eBay :o)
it is the best!!i made a lot until now and i dont have any problems with it.. perfect for that person who really wnat to tasted a real bread made in the house
I bought this as a replacement for my Morphy Richards breadmaker which needed a new bread pan. I chose this one because of the condition and it was in silver and matched other appliances(my existing one was white). I use it mainly for making dough, although I occasionally bake in it. I don't use the fastbake setting, so find that feature a waste of time. The only thing I have against it is it does not have a jam making setting like my old one, but it works well, has good ventillation and produces nice doughs.
