My previous food processor was a cheap one, and it did work, but it was a fiddle to clean and was consigned to a cupboard. Which of course meant it wasn't used very often ! This one, after first use, resulted in a kitchen reorganisation (cos it's only little !), so that it could live on the worktop. It is wonderful ! Very easy to clean (no dishwasher - no room for one !), and so simple to use. Absolutely no complaints ! It fascinates me to hear someone say it's noisy - it's chopping, or grating, or mixing - for a matter of seconds !!! This is NOT a problem !! Amazing value - my now-busy new friend !!

Good quality product fits perfectly just like the original and very easy to clean, the only thing I don't like about the item is the holes in the handle which seem pointless and could do with covering over but are probably needed for the manufacturing process. Overall a good well designed product

Bought as a replacement for my much loved 30 year old Braun Processor which had finally given up the ghost. To have replaced the Braun would have been much more expensive so I opted for the latter as it was half the price of the Braun, and, after all, Kenwood has a good name. It is slightly smaller and flimsier but does the same job. I kept having to push down the ingredients until they were softer. Only time will tell whether it has enduring power! For the moment, I am pleased.
After years of using seperate items to blend/whisk/shred/mix and trying to find space to store all the equipment I decided upon the one bit of kit that would do everything...( it had nothing to do with reading Jamie Olivers 30 minute Meals and finding that was the only bit of kit I didn't have on his list of kitchen essentials)!! I almost always use Kenwood products as they have proved to be reliable and easy to use. This is a medium size processor and I love it.It does just what I want and is compact and pleasing to look at.
