Stylish machine! Fabulous crema, so no need to froth the milk to make an excellent flat white. Needs a lot of cleaning to keep the coffee flowing - more than my last de longhi. Really good value for money but less robust than last machine which lasted ten years. With clogging after about ten cups I’d only expect 5 years from this one. We’ll see. It makes beautiful coffee!

I already had the previous model for over 5 years, and I replaced it as the old one (used daily) was starting to fade. The new model is more susceptible to having the right amount of coffee in the holders than the old one, so I am tempted to use the old holders as they are a perfect fit.
