Really easy to use, I love it because you can use nescafe coffee instead of going and trying many different types of ground coffee. This machine is easy tp clean, an all round excellent cappuccino maker!!!
Bought one of these few years ago it got broken.seen it on eBay didn't hesitate to buy it.its a great machine would recommend buying one cheaper than using coffee pods.easy to use and clean great buy get one while you can
