It is good value for money and easy to operate, just plug it in your cigarette lighter socket. It takes the hassle out of taking your car to the petrol service station. Now you can do it at home and check your car tyre pressure when they are 'cold'. You can also use it to inflate bikes, airbeds.

Fault One, The compressor motor over heats, when used to inflate one tire from nearly flat to 30 psi. Fault Two, The pressure gauge is utterly inaccurate, it needs to read "50 psi" to get 30 psi in the tire. Problem three, viability of the gauge, it has some sort of protective coating which does not peel off and has a white ish colour, the dial needs to be physically larger, 30 psi is barely of the stop with a max of 250 psi on the scale, it is not easy to read.

works ok, took about 10mins to pump a tyre from flat, wil be checking the pressures with another guage, the one on it does not seem to be accurate, but sure for the price its fine

This compressor is one of the better constructed units with practical storage for cable. An adequate pumps does the job well. The only problem which is not un-common with these cheap compressors is the inaccuracy of the gauge. However as long as you have a tyre pressure gauge you will soon be able work out a relevant mark to work from. So much easier to use one of these than have to queue up to use the broken tyre inflator at a petrol station.

This is a useful bit of kit to carry around to keep your tyres at the right pressure - also just the job for inflatables etc . Do not use it continuously for more than a few minutes - say 8 - 9 minutes as it will burn out - as I found out when trying to inflate a tyre from flat in order to get to the garage. But for the cost - handy non the less to keep with the spare tyre.
