These books have been helping children for well over 24 years! I’ve remembered them since my first days of primary school and now I teach in China and we’re still using them! They don’t show their age, these books, and I wouldn’t dream of using anything newer to teach phonics - so far the results from my children are brilliant! It helps to have some stickers or work stamps on hand to reward children finishing the pages but their reading ability is sure to get better once they complete this system!
