You have to be aware that the restrictions of operating at 12volt mean that the current which can be got from your car battery means that this product can only produce 150Watt which is pretty feeble compared to a normal car heater (using waste heat from the engine) which can produce up to 2500Watt. However on my Hyundai Ioniq, which cannot produce any heat when using as an electric as there is no waste heat from the engine, which is not running when in electric mode, 150W is infinitely better than 0W on a cold winters evening. The first one I had gave up after a few days but the supplier happily provided a replacement. The jury is still out on the longevity of the replacement one.

Didn't really hear the car, but bearly took the edge off when cold, also caused the fuse to blow by pulling to much power through the socket.

A lot smaller than expected, lead in heater pretty short and doesn’t clear whole windscreen just a small middle part. Should’ve listened to the reviews.

It will not demist the windscreen...Not had any frost but reckon it would be lost on ice. Oddly left on the passenger seat 40 about 40 mins, through a journey with car heater duff, the saloon did lift to comfortable. 150 watts is not enough. The cigarette lighter connector got hotter than the device.

Unfortunately not enough heat to warm my hands, nor to be of any use remove any frost from the windscreen. Very unhappy with this product
