I service is appalling. Asked for a tracking number for delivery . Tracking was never sent so I waiting in all day and the parcel was never delivered, it was actually shipped 4 days
Doesn’t fit together so you can’t even build it without a saw to make all the slots bigger. No build instructions just a small word document listing all the parts
Biggest waste of money ever don’t waste your money
I could go on if I didn’t just have 500 characters - just don’t buy

Customer very difficult to deal with. I apologised for the delay in dispatch due to staff illness but she rudely told me not to make excuses. I constantly asked her to accept a video call or telephone call from us to help her put the sleigh together correctly but she ignored my attempts. I then accepted the return on the item but she never bothered to send it back. Not sure what more she wanted or expected but I believe she wanted to keep the sleigh AND have her money back.

The seller never accepted my return request - this is a blatant lie and I would still like to send it back for a full refund. I didn’t ignore attempts to help the lady didn’t respond to me when I asked for days and times.
