Dissatisfied. Boot hook come off in my hand just as I went to put them on. All the hype on these boots and that happened. Yes told to send them back but when one is working 10hr shifts in the nhs it's pretty difficult. No understanding from the seller wish I bought the other boots I could have purchased. The boots however are good, comfortable, just badly made somewhere in the world. My advice buy another brand.
