had a slight problem with the trundle one of the hole was missing, but i contacted cloud nine furniture, a new part arrived in 2 days........the bed itself was easy to put together and really nice quality. as for CLOUD NINE FURNITURE..........i would highly recommend , their customer service was fantastic
