2 stone overweight and holiday fast approaching. The best of RC work-out DVDs I think. Squats , oh yes just what I need for my thunder thighs which are shrinking and firming up by the day. You can do parts or all of the DVD. I also love the tums routine. I do all of it daily , great if you have the time to spare and you want quick results . You can work at different levels for your fitness, a good all round work-out which I found hard to begin with (could hardly move the first week , after starting it)I can now do all the routines (week 3) without almost collasping ,it's still hard but the time flies by. I actually put on weight the first week ,however I was losing the inches and have already dropped a dress size. I don't follow the diet but have cut out snacking and now the pounds are dropping off 6lbs so far .Not bad for 3 weeks. I'm 51ys old and WILL be in my bikini for my hols in 8 weeks . A great work-out with a count down timer, which after 3 weeks i'm not bored with yet, and the waistbands on last years summer skirts have fallen to my hips.Read full review
I love this - I have all three and use them for my daily work-out, and yes, this has been a real help getting back into shape and losing weight. i am a fan already,her exercises are easy to follow, but this one is particularly good as it has the chapters seperately so you can choose your exercise and for how long,which means that you can change it and it dosent get boring.
