It is a brilliant book with very good sections on fish and seafood preparation. The preparation instructions are the best I have seen, far superior to my previous fish cookbook. The recipes themselves are also very good. I would recommend it to anyone who likes fish and shellfish. I ordered it because I had started reading it in the Hope and Anchor in Tenby where it is out for the customers. I then had to get my own copy.
