Although its lightweight it holds the camera perfectly steady. There's no looseness ... Although its lightweight it holds the camera perfectly steady. There's no looseness or play in the joints and the bendy legs make it easy to get the camera in the right place, but are stiff enough so it doesn't wobble. Maybe if you have a heavier DSLR you might want a more substantial tripod but I'm using it for a lightweight camcorder and its ideal for my purposes. Pleasantly surprised considering the low cost.
