    Ok for the money

    Ok for the price, bearing in mind the flaring kit comes with a length of 3/16" pipe. Acceptable quality if you are only going to do a few jobs. It also comes with male and female nuts - I'm still not sure if one should join a brake pipe with these two nuts alone: I bought M10 joiners separately and put a male nut into each side of the joiner. That definitely worked. The pipe will not be gripped properly by the kit's clamp unless it is tightened fully, which is not always that easy under a car. The quality of the flare can be iffy (off centre), but the kit is cheap and it did my job.

    OK but not imperial as advertised

    OK for a small job - wouldn't want to make lots of pipes with this as it's a bit clumsy in confined spaces (if you must make the pipes in-situ). The flares aren't that precise - sometimes off-centre. So needed to re-make a couple. The price is good, though, so don't mind that it's not a professional tool. However it's advertised as "imperial" but the unions are metric. So this isn't all that's required to replace pipes on an old car. I ended up re-using the old unions from the pipes I was replacing.

    Brake flaring kit

    Excellent quality and value ,I recently had a company make me a front brake pipe up a couple of feet long and it cost as much as this kit,I needed another pipe full lengh of my car ,this kit was just right for the job ,and easy to use.
