Hi don't no who you used to delivery but we have received is a ripped open empty wetthough box .just left on my doorstep see picture it happened before with other items when they could put over fence or leave with a neighbour. I know it's not your fault but I'm out of pocket so I would prefer a refund instead ov a replacement item .thanks Neil
