Neither white, nor shimmering! It sprays out a colorless substance (similar to clear coat lacquer, but more dull and sticky) with some white dust on top. With a VERY LITTLE amount of it. And not even close to glitter or dazzling effect! But will make your spraying surface feel more like sanding paper - it simply leaves the white granules (sand?) on it. With no chance for polishing it or anywhere near of getting smooth surface. This white dust is noticeable only on dark surfaces. And it stinks terribly (the first one to be so bad among few dozens of paint sprays I've used)! Might be used for some sort of Christmas decorations like plastic Christmas tree or some paper decorations. But definitely not for spraying wood or metal!
