This is a cheaper copy of its predecessor Krups Pixie that I had for several years. The Inissia is physically smaller, so I've had to raise it on a piece of wood to get my latte glass under the spout. Metal parts such as the charging handle are plastic, and plastic parts such as the drip tray are flimsier than previously so probably won't last. It also drips after making a cup of coffee. It does make a decent lungo, but it is an inconvenient, cheapo version of the original.

Makes a good cup of coffee although the timing of the brew seems to vary. I frequently have to depress the brew button for longer than it naturally stays on, but sometimes it seems to stay on for long enough to give me a good brew.

I bought 2 number machines from you and they have broken in less that a week! They cough and spit but do not produce coffee, despite using Nespresso pods. Please respond
