Easy to set up and my only issue is with the size of the led. It is really hard to see the light flashing because it is so small. Otherwise good value and robust. No on/off switch which might be annoying but one less thing to get broken by a horse kick (which is why I needed a new one!).

This is a good product it does exactly what it is supposed to do ,and, is good value for money. Only one thing though . It does not have a flashing light to let you know that it is working and battery ok. I do however have a line tester so I am ok with that. I have had various fencers in the past ,but none that gives the kick that this has ,it is extremely good at doing the job.We have a Waloby (kanggaroo) on the loose around hear,to put it mildly it is a right pain to fence against ,I am confident that this product will do the job, this is a good product . As with all things time will tell on reliability, I have every confidence in it. Yes I can recommend this product. David Thorne ps the line tester, on 400mtrs of wire, gives a reading of 10,000 volts, if it drops then there is a short out somewhere on the fence.Read full review

This is the second one I've bought for my horse's fields. Easy to use and strong enough for all my fencing needs. Would recommend.

After buying 3 of the same brand, I noticed the tractor shire for £10 more ,it is by far a better value for money, I wish I'd of searched more before just buying 1 that's actually cost me £59: each energisers x3 then the tractor shire at £70+
