The Pergola kit as delivered looks to be very good quality and good value, with a very prompt delivery time. However, I won’t get to see it erected until later in the Spring so can’t comment yet on the overall finish.
I was however saddened and insulted by the rude, swearing and arrogant ‘jobs worth’ attitude of one of the delivery men, and subsequent response from his company.
