I have used bissel shampoos for many years, the pet and oxy action are my favourites. The shampoo is of good quality and I highly recommend it. I have a Bissel upright cleaning machine Bissel recommend not using any other shampoos but their own. I did stray once and bought a larger amount of cheap shampoo, it not only ruined my wool carpet it also ruined my machine the biggest regret of my life. So please if you have a Bissel Cleaning machine stick to Bissel products you won't be disappointed.
