Another classic Bond with loads of action, lots of stunts and of course clever & subtle one-liners. Really enjoyable and a must see prior to ‘No Time To Die’. A brand new, sealed and genuine product.

It was actually a friend who asked me, if I had seen the "new" BOND movie - WHAT? It was the very first time I had "missed" a BOND movie completely - can`t explain it, gone "under my nose" Well, the movie itself is quite allright with the "normal" great action-scenes - and DANIEL CRAIG is doing well - I like him - and the french girl in the lead is absolutely excellent - had never heard of her before - nice accent. The ONLY thing I can point out as "negative" is - IT`S TOO LONG! 15-20 minutes could have been cut - that`s my opinion. Thank you....

Spectre reintroduces the fans to Ernst Starbro Blofeld who last featured in a Bond film in 1983 and was dropped down a disused factory smokestack, (For your eyes only). Blofeld even has his white pussycat. The film has a good if somewhat improbable beginning sequence in Mexico city which features a helicopter just like 1983, ( For your eyes only). In Mexico city Bond changes his suit in about three seconds at one point, it was not a bit of bad continuity, Bond can do things like that. Later on in Austria, Bond produces an aircraft out of nowhere. The film is full of nonsense like that. Blofeld (alias Dr Evil) has managed to build a new and as far as the viewer is concerned, completely pointless headquarter in the desert of Morocco. Bond destroys this with remarkable ease and incidentally cremates hundreds of employees of Blofeld. The action switches back to London, where if the viewer has not gone to sleep, there is a lot more nonsense in the apparently abandoned Vauxhall cross headquarters of MI5 and 6. As the Thames is a tidal river which reveals wide mudflats at low tide it is difficult to say how Bond navigates a motorboat, fortuitously left behind in the basement, out of the secret entrance onto the river. Daniel Craig is excellent, but Bond has got a bit like Dr Who with constant recreations and a long history behind him. Maybe Bond has had his day, who can say? A bit like the proverbial curates egg, it is good in parts.Read full review
