    Great Little Vice

    Great value for money small vice. Solid and heavy. Better than the suction cup type table vices. Well worth nine quid. Wish I'd bought one years ago. If you've got the tools you can do the job. I fannyed about trying to separate a brass tap valve from its brass collar bush using molgrips, wrenches, whatever came to hand. Fruitless exercise. Within five minutes of unpacking this vice (well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box) I'd got it set up on my bench in the shed, gripped the bush in the vice and unscrewed the valve with a socket wrench. The laughable thing is I'd sourced a replacement 34mm outer/ half inch inner brass bush off the internet for £9.90 (and I'd searched everywhere for a cheaper price).....91 pence more expensive than this vice. I would definitely recommend this great ...

    A great hobby vice.

    A great hobby vice a bit rough around the edges but gets the job done. A mediume size vice. Ideal for holding metal for filing or cutting. A great feature is the swivel base allowing the duel use vice and strike plate.It's not going to take great amounts of punishment.

    Just love this small vice

    This handy junior vice is perfect for small jobs where bench space is at a premium. Very easy to attach and detach to and from a worktop. It is well made and very strong and looks like it will last for a long time. Well worth the price. Would definitely recommend it.

    I was sceptical, but...

    It’s a very useful too. Light weight, but surprisingly effective. It’s no workshop bench vice, to be sure, but it’s an incredibly useful addition to a Black & Decker Workmate and can be carried very easily in a tool box. It even looks durable, despite its relatively light weight. Recommended.

    Good value for money

    Good product but it does 'slip' occasionally from worktable. The bracket and clamp could have dome with being a bit deeper. I purchased 'soft jaws' which is better for holding wood without marking it.
