Hi All, My personal thoughts and review on this fan! I bought something like this about 15 years ago and it cost me a lot more than this. The previous one was fine till the motor burned out (it was 15 years old). This cooling fan is much more powerful, unfortunately just a little bit louder but what should I expect when it’s much more powerful! It has three settings. I’ll be using one of the ones I bought to keep me cool in the garden when summer arrives! (I bought a further 2 as I was so impressed with the first one!) It’s a lovely clean Crome design with a tilting function to adjust the air flow direction. I love it hence buying 2 more and when my family and friends see it I’ve no doubt they’ll want one too! All I can say is I’d give it 10 out of 10 but the only way you’ll ever know is if you get one yourself. Personally, I highly recommend it, so much so that I wrote this review which is something I usually can’t be bothered with but I was so impressed I felt obligated to. Hope my input has been helpful. Take care All, Alan Jackson East LondonRead full review

Very good fan. its the best i have used, even ones similar in size. the first setting is enough to cool a big room and is not too loud. The other speeds are loud but also very strong

Great fan, good air flow while watching tv or reading a book. No need to set up, comes ready to boot from start. Maybe needs another rubber foot at the back. Maybe not. Can't fault it really. Cheap and not too cheaply made. Does not wobble. Yes it makes a sound. Cause it's chopping the air. It's not a Dyson, it's £400 Cheaper and will blast a draught at ya. Don't buy a cheaper slower one.

For what I needed, this is great. It's got a lot of throughput and it is quite light weight. Despite it's size it can fit onto window sills easily, and it has some capability of tilting upwards. I wish it had a slightly longer cable since 1 m is a bit short, I have mine on an extension lead so it can reach a window. It is quite loud, though the difference between high and low speed isn't huge. This may be a deal breaker for some, but it's well worth it for me as I can put up with a bit of noise at night in exchange for the amount of air movement through my house I can create with a pair of these. But if you need silence, or a very quiet fan you will probably have to pay a lot more than this to get the same air flow.

Good Fan. I use it for stage it's not especially quite and the 1st setting is probably a bit too powerful for the home though I have it on the 2nd for stage. A little wider than the one my friend uses. Overall for the price it's great I have no regrets buying it . Only had it a few weeks so i can't say about reliability. being a 140watt fan I run a single extension to it so it doesn't overload anything.
