I had a gout attack recently so to aid getting around I bought these. A cane is too hard on your hands and wrists for anything other than a few steps. Every time I got gout I said I'd get a pair of these and after the episode is over you forget. Not this time. They are good enough to take my weight 10st and guess a couple of stones heavier. The handles are hard plastic and can be hard on your palms. I see some neoprene covers.. Guess this is the reason! I'd buy again though.

ONly one complaint is that the moulding seams need to be better . Pair I had the seams gave me pain . In the end , had to sand down . If you don't mind doing that , then the price outweighs the inconvienence , or you could always slip foam over the grips
