    very good props

    I found that the clothes line hook is the tightest ever and does not unscrew. As I bought these props to use as tree supports for my 30 year old plum tree this was not a good thing as I had to saw off a couple of inches of metal tubeing to get rid of the hook. This really means that as clothes line props they are excellent for the purpose they are made as not many of us would use them as tree supports!.

    Excellent value but not easy to use!

    Great value but the wing nut used to extend the pole is very difficult to turn and has to be tightened very hard to enable the prop to stay up and even tighter (used pliers) to hold up the line once washing is added! I'm not sure how some people would be able to use these props without assistance?

    ALMOST perfect

    Really like these as they are lighter than my old one and as I am disabled makes them easier for me. Clip was a little fiddly at first but I soon got it worked out. The only thing I would say to improve it would be to add a rubber ferrule to the bottom (like the rubber 'feet' on crutches and walking sticks) to make sure that they don't slip.
