WW1 aircraft are amazing as you look at them and wonder how they flew and did what they did. The DH-2 had an unusual fuselage in that it was skeletal unlike all the other designs. Eduard have made a good stab at depicting this aircraft but at the scale of 1/48th some of the parts are tiny and the photo etched metal engine details are incredibly fiddly so I chickened out being a novice at this small scale for detailing. At 1/32nd it would probably be easier to depict the detail and achieve an accurate model such as Wingnut Wings. The injection moulded parts were generally well done and detailed although attacment was vague on some or tricky. The end result was a nice little model but fragile given the scale meaning handling it was a delicate affair.
