In fairness to the dehumidifier the weather was very cold when I used it but compared to an equivalent size eco air unit it was very ineffective . Eco air water container full in a couple of days , meaco jut a drop of water in the bottom of the container after 2 days. Unfortunately I had to return the unit . Now looking for another but although cheaper to run will avoid the compressor version because they are ineffective at low temperatures and they don’t provide any heat output.

I spent some deciding on what size to buy before settling on this one. It looks neat, not too big and seats in the background of our conservatory/dining room. I wouldn't describe it as quiet, but it's not noisy either, you can hear it,but after a while the noise blends in with the general noise of the house. Does it do the job?? Yes it does. It's probably pulling a litre of condensation every 4 hours I think the condensation arises after the heating in the conservatory starts to warm up. My wife and I are both happy with the purchase

Quiet and straightforward to use. Slim and neat. Helps laundry to dry quicker. Water tank isn't overly large and care needed when removing to empty if it is very full, but not really too much of a problem.
