These are excellent lights. Have had one for years that's been hammered by fierce coastal storms in the NW Highlands, and still works as new. Being battery operated, they can go anywhere the back plate can be fixed to. Very good, flexible light coverage on dark winter nights, and I only change the batteries every 12 months. Purchased four more for placing outside around my cottage. Highly recommended.

Battery powered lights sound a little weak, but the did the job just fine. The network function is very nice too. All the lights come on if one is triggered. No walking into the dark until you get to the next sensor. They are quite large units, containing 3 large D cell batteries. So easy to fit though. Pretty much drill a hole anywhere, fit up the bracket with three screws, then attach the main body.

If you want a battery powered PIR floodlight, this is the baby, its baddass!! It looks good, waterproof, 2 led lamps that swivel up and down, left to right, independantly of each other, seriously bright,easy to fit by first screwing back plate to wall, unit then slides onto it snugly and snaps into place! I have installed Duracell ultra batteries D type (used to be HP11’s).........also, light unit come beautifully packaged and arrives quickly!........’happy days’!!

Bought mr beams products before and still can believe how good they are , battery powered items normally die or go flat within a few weeks . They are good for any location the interior one I purchased for my porch excellent a lot cheaper than electrician and less mess. If in doubt bout battery operated lights dont be this are the best you can get well worth the money.
