Owned this toaster before for years and loved it but mine eventually broke. This one toasts unevenly, the controls are squeaky and the function I bought it for (where it toasts on one side) doesn't work! :( I love toast so really searched for ages before settling on this. Sorry, but just disappointing. It looks lovely tho.
