This water heater does exactly what it claims to do. I am happy enough with it that I will keep it. It runs my whole house. It was a quick drop-in replacement for a tanked water heater. Super easy to install. It has two annoying bugs: 1. When power fails, the unit shuts down... but does not turn itself back on when power is restored. Therefore whenever there is a power failure, we have no hot water until somebody notices, and then walks back out to the garage to restart the unit. 2. The unit is capable of heating water beyond the standard 122 degrees F... but if you actually configure it to do so (i.e. if you set it to 130F), it intermittently shuts down with error codes. So I had to leave it at 122. In my opinion these bugs are not show-stoppers. Also, take note: the 4.3GPM unit is enough flow for one major appliance. That means one shower, or one clotheswasher, or one dishwasher, can be running at a time. Or two sinks. If you want to be able to shower while the clotheswasher is running, you need a larger unit.Read full review

It seems to work very well the insulation was not that hard The only issue was the output for the water we had to use a step drill to make it fit the adapter when it was made they did not tapered the end of the copper fitting proper but besides that was not bad

I was a little skeptical at first, but after getting use to the different operation, I love it. the only draw back is when ever the power goes off, you have to re program it
