I contacted seller because the butterfly back was too small and would not go back on the shaft. I am disabled and cannot easily return items... Seller suggested "making the hole bigger with a pin " These are not cheap "sleepers" these are gold! Widening the hole would make them easier to lose.. I expected seller to send next size butterfly back. But -.. Nothing - not even an apology for disappointment NOT a helpful seller.

The butterfly backs are very tight fitting so the earring is held in place securely and does not fall outIf the hole of the butterfly back is to tight fitting This is simply resolved by making the hole slightly bigger by pushing a pin through it to enlarge the hole Takes less than 5 seconds

Unfortunately ring arrived with rust/scratches on the edge of the ring. Can’t wear it as it’s too rough and sharpe on skin. Contacted seller. No response. Not as advertised and because of the way EBay takes postage costs it wouldn’t be cost effective to post back (track 48 last time I checked was £3.49 and the ring was £6.99). Shame it was far from the photos as advertised.
