I bought this brewer to replace an older model that I have had for 6 years and always performed well but was noisy. This brewer performs flawlessly! It is very quiet and it has nice features such as a clock, auto start and stop, programmable and it is very easy to use. The instruction manual is very well written and easy to follow. The only negative I can think of , is it could do with less advertising for Keurig on the color screen. I highly recommend this brewer for anybody who needs a machine that can take heavy use, be it at home or in a small office.
My previous Keurig lasted about a year and a half. This one is more beefy so hope it lasts longer. Only had it 2 weeks, but so far it's been easy to setup, use and is quick. Nice large water container too. There are lots of options to add on like containers to hold coffee, automatic fill and so on. I bought a 3rd party drawer that the unit sits on and the drawer holds lots of different coffees. We all like it so far. I would like to be able to change the pictures in the display to my own but that's hardly something to rate it on. It costs a little over $5 / month to leave on all the time. Does have an auto off/on but we don't use it. Bottom line is we like it, would buy it again if necessary and would recommend it to others. I found it for 200 on line.

I previously had a Keurig B50 Office pro for about 5 yrs, But this thing is exactly as stated Premier, really works efficiently and easy to use and more importantly makes a great cup. I will be upgrading to the auto fill system using a 5 Gal spring water.

I need to preface this by saying that we really like the Keurig K-cup system. Every brewer we've had using this system makes excellent coffee. It allows my wife and me to choose whatever flavor or style of coffee we like and it only needs about a minute to brew a cup. The problem is that the brewers have been so unreliable. None has lasted more than about a year. We purchased this model in the hope that since it's commercial grade, it will last longer than the other models. It's too soon to say. We've only had it about 2 months. So far, it's worked flawlessly. Like all the other Keurig brewers, it makes excellent coffee and is very convenient. If it lasts, it's 5 stars. Otherwise, we may very well switch to another system. I should add that to its credit, Keurig sent us a free replacement for our last brewer (a Platinum Plus model). We have the replacement in our garage now as a backup model, to be used if the B155 fails. So as the saying goes, so far so good. I wish I could fast forward to see how it will hold up.Read full review
This is my second Keurig, first one was dropped! Brewing coffee is probably the least that we use ours for. We use it for instant hot water for instant soups, grits, oatmeal etc. The large water tank and the ability to select from four brewing sizes are some of the best features. The color LCD display with scrolling pictures and information is quite an eye-catcher. Although it looks large, the rectangular shape is very space efficient.
