I have replaced this style of blade three times now, due to the volume of work that I put through my saw. These blades are fantastic, not only do they cut wood but I have cut copper pipe, aluminium door treads and even 30mm conduit steel pipe. The versatility this blade gives is impressive. The only negative is the blade is slightly thinner than an equivalent wood only saw blade, therefore when cutting heavy timber it is possible to see a alight flexing of the blade if you force the wood through too quickly. It is an easy fix to just allow the blade the time it needs to cut and you will get a perfect finish.

This is a replacement blade for the original that came on my bench saw. The original blade has cut copper pipe, stainless steel kitchen door handles, railway sleepers, teak, and the item that finished it was a massive amount of chipboard. I am amazed at the versatility of these blades. They are narrower than a standard blade which means you do not loose much material with each cut. I have this fitted to an Evolution Saw table that rotates slower than a standard Saw table of this size, so do not know how good they would be on Saw bench other than an Evolution. but the blades are brilliant.

This cut through 8x2 like a hot knife through butter. Installed it in my big compund mitre saw. I now realise over the last 12 years of using my saw life could have been so much easier and precise, With out the worry of hitting some thing metal in the wood as well. This blade will pay for itself in time saving and the cost of any miscut timber. Highly recommend this blade.

As far as I am aware it is the only blade of its kind that deals with wood that is likely to have nails, screws and other metal embedded. The blade makes short work of cutting through old suspect timber and nails & screws are no problem. I would always choose these blades over others for their durability. I have had around 4 of these blades since buying my Rage Compound saw a good few years ago, never been disappointed.

Bought as a spare. The one that came with the saw is getting past its best and I wanted a spare for a better finish. They do cut nails without loosing teeth but it does take the edge off and the finish on wood is not as good after a lot use. no blades last forever but at least the teeth all stay on so you can touch them up with an oilstone
