Not much to really say about this bench as its been well manufactured and is definitely up to the job of providing a stable bench for moderate home use. My only criticism is I didn't realise how flat packed it really was, way too many screws and parts and you definitely need your own set of wrenches/adjustable spanners to put the bench together. It took about 45 minutes to assemble by myself which was a little laborious but worth it in the end. Other than that I can't fault the bench at all, as I use it every other day and the fold it away in a wardrobe afterwards. It's compact, tough and the wheels make it easy to move around. All in all a great purchase and I would definitely recommend.

I bought this bench as it folds quite flat and has a good range of adjustment. If you tighten the pivot bolt firmly it is really very solid and much sturdier than it looks, with the possible exception of the thin ply or MDF seat and back boards which fllex and could break if you sat or leant too much weight on an end or corner but for normal seated use it's firm enough. The foam padding is also firm but comfortable and covered with a carbon fibre effect vinyl which has a good non-slip feel. It's very quick to open and lock into position with the push pin through the front leg and the back height or angle brace just sits in the slotted support rail which is actually stiffer than it looks and doesn't flex under load the way I thought it would. Overall I'm very pleased with it and it's also light weight and easy to carry up and down upstairs.Read full review

Bought after reading other online reviews and have to agree it's very good quality for the price. The padding, material and stitching is decent and the welds and frame all look good. It feels nice and solid while in use and folds up nicely when not. You will need multiple spanners (or a couple of adjustables) to put together, as doesn't come with any tools, I also used larger washers to connect the back board to the frame as the small ones included pull through the frame if your not careful. The instructions are very basic (just a couple of assembly diagrams) but good enough. Im happy with my purchase and recommend it. Beware some other folding benches out there that (from what I have read) can be unsafe and bend/collapse while in use! There's quite a few reports of them! This Mirafit one has the best online comments and seems well built and safe to me.Read full review

I'm 6ft and 15 stone so had reservations about this bench but it's pleasantly surprised me. It hold up nicely for my size and is comfortable enough. It's easy enough to put together and folds away easily if you need to. I looked all over for a bench with every incline and decline position and this has it all. Great for a home gym !

Great bench. Takes a good weight. I had to return my previous bench when I found out the max weight included body weight. I couldn't believe that someone could buy a weight bench that couldn't take weight lol. This one provided me room to grow my strength at a great price.
