Received very quickly and was better than expected they were packaged in individual boxes and then wrapped together - looked like brand new units even though they are refurbished. I have several refurbished Dell monitors and these fit perfectly on them and since they have the AC plug they connect directly to the monitor for power and then just a single audio connection wire to the compter and everything works. They have good sound for such a small product and save desk space by connecting directly to the monitor. Very satisfied with the purchase and the price was great seeing that several other vendors want about $10 - $15 for a single unit so getting 6 for $25 is a great deal.

The pros are, it's probably a good speaker. The con is, no one told me I needed a place, in my monitor to plug it in. I have no such orifice and I won't be buying another one, or another external drive that's not recognized by my computer. None of them were real.

Got the AX510 (not the AX510pa, which has a power supply adapter as well). Hooked up to my Dell U3011 (their newest 30") LCD fine -- no power adapter needed. Sounds quality is as expected -- sounds a lot nicer/deeper/richer than the built-in Mac Book Pro speakers, but not as good as a real stereo system. For market price ( = $15), a good soundbar for the Dell LCD's -- clean look and decent performance. Make sure to keep the laptop's output sound level low (e.g. itune's volume at 30% -- not 100%), and use the soundbar's volume control knob instead for loud volumes .. otherwise will sometimes hear distortion at bass end. The white light (power on LED) in the middle of the soundbar is a little bit annoying -- I could imagine that being a bit distracting in the corner of your eye, when looking at the display at times. But would be easy to cover up (e.g. fill the grill holes in front of that LED), if needed.Read full review
The Dell U2311 monitors are awesome and definitely a steal for the price. The soundbar that is made to attach to it does attach nicely and keeps your desk free of a separate set of speakers. The sound is great for low level listening if you listen to music while working, or the occasional online video. If you use your machine for more technical editing, then you might want something with more power. The speakers don't sound excellent when playing extremely loud, but what do you expect for a cheap soundbar. The dual mic inputs is very nice, as is the large volume knob on the side.
Speaker is compactand has better sound quality than my monitor speaker(Hanna-g). Not installing on Dell so rwemoved the upper bracket. No distortion at max volume but max volume is not real loud. I am 70 and have no need for premium quality sound anymore so this was a great buy for me.
