Heavier than my old travel tripod but SO much more solid. All I had to do was to tighten up the leg hinges a fraction and they were easier to manage. All of the leg clamps work smoothly and quickly. The option to set the arm at 180 degrees is great for low-level and flat-lay phography.

The 190CXPRO4 it's the lightweight and compact extreme tripod according Manfrotto. Of course it's not cheap. I have had a Saba tripod that is a Manfrotto 190X class tripod. It was compact, lightweight but It wasn't enaught for me to let me permit to carry on everywhere without any troubles. I examined also the little "toy" tripods by Manfrotto, but my equipment can be too much heavy for them. So I have found that the CX190PRO4 was the perfect answer to my needs. managing it appears as wery light, but with very thin estreme legs segments, and very compact too. Open it's looks solid and stabile. Pressing a trigger you can put the head segment parallel to soil wit a very simple movement and put it again in vertical position. I've attached to it the dedicated Carring strap (not included) for exterme portability.Read full review
I was absolutely delighted with the 190CXPRO4. It is extremely versatile, compact and the added benefit of being robust due to it being carbon fibre, as well as the added benefit of being light as well. With this I also purchased a Manfrotto head. This too is a great addition to a superb product.
