PCB is sealed - ie waterproof which is good. Battery box isn't so it's the user's responsibility depending on how it's used. Double sided sticky pads included, which I used to mount the PCB. For my application I used velcro to mount the battery box so I could then remove it from where it was fitted (you need to slide a cover to access the battery compartment). For my purpose, unit as described, and I'd be happy to use the shop again.

Dummy alarm box twin flashing led Ordered on Monday and arrived Tuesday, this is the third one of these I have purchased from this company and they work really well, the lights on the back of the house stopped working (fitted Aug 2017 so 6 years old) so I changed the batteries still nothing, ordered the replacement job done....Incidentally the old one i replaced is now working it was just a corroded wire in the battery box, re-soldered job done. Great company making a great product.

    Nice Item

    This was my second unit. Both working fine. Can't say how long battery lasts but the first one is still OK after around 6 months. The unit is nicely protected from water ingress by a clear close fitting or shrink wrapping. Easy to install. Very pleased with them.

    Dummy Alarm Flashing Lights

    I purchased these to replace an original set in a dummy Response alarm box which had stopped working. The new lights (leds) are on a sealed PCB and which seems to be well made and robust. After removing the failed lights I had to make a small adjustment to the new ones by trimming off a little of the waterproof covering, so that they would fit in the Response box. I fixed the new lights using the double sided tape provided. Fastened the box to the wall and now hope the 4 year battery claim is going to work! Light are flashing well and can be seen.

    Perfect strobe PCB

    I needed to replace my dummy alarm siren with an identical product, but couldn't because the specification and fitting had changed. The really helpful staff suggested what options were available, and I decided to purchase this product to fit into the existing dummy. It was easy to fit (although I was kindly offered free advice if I needed) and looks to be well made - it should last for a long time.

    Dummy Alarm lights

    This unit is very easy to fit, which I did within an existing alarm box where the existing light suffered from weathering. This new unit now comes covered in a weather proof cover so should last longer than the one in the original box.

    Brilliant item
