I can't believe how quickly this has helped! I usually struggle walking first thing and stairs are usually awkward till I get going. After wearing this I can walk straight away as soon as I'm out of bed with no stiffness, its hard to believe. I'm going to order another so I've got one for each foot. Only thing I'd recommend is buying a size larger than usual. I'm a 5.5 - 6, I ordered a 6 and it's slightly short on big toe, next one I will order a 7. Highly recommend.
