this is great fun, put together in a couple of minutes, tried it out on an old demijohn, what a great piece of kit it works a treat, just make sure the hot water is almost boiling or just off from boiling when you move the glass from the cold, you will know you have done it correct when you see the cut run round the glass then just tap it with the taper tool “gently” to start with and its as easy as that, i am made up its quality and fun, thankyou

unfortunately, the first one received had a faulty glass cutter, but the retailer was really good, and sent a replacement without hesitation. bit fiddly to get used to, spoilt a few bottles. good job I like wine, and have a steady supply of bottles! will be good when I get good at it! thanks for great service.
