My item arrived promptly and was securely packaged. When unpacked you could see the loft hatch including folding metal ladder was well made and the size was exactly as described by the seller. As I've never installed one of these before, I found the installation instructions a little fiddly to understand as there were no words to go with the installation drawings, but with a bit of patients it all went together as designed. I'm very pleased with quality and service of this purchase.

    stairs came day after delivery date. very simple to put together, we cut stairs to fit-very easy ! good size steps, would have given 5 stares but hand rails very ruff, so had to sand down

    Almost perfect

    Routed holes were not quite big enough on one side of staircase, but was easily fixed with hammer and spare wood to stop any damages. Very sturdy once I put in position. My only gripe is instructions could be better written for a new diy person to understand.
