Had my doubts buying a refurbished unit, but they have been dispelled. This is a quality product, with everything needed included. It was very easy to set up and use, and is very different in performance and picture quality to our old cathode ray tube previous unit that had to run through a separate Freeview box. The only bug bear is that the sub-titles don't always initiate when the set is first turned on from stand-by... but appears to retain this function when the set is turned off at the switch. A small anomaly that we can live with. I can recommend this product.
