In my opinion this is a good product. I have used all types of denture holding powders This is rated number 2 and the best I can buy in Europe. The best powder comes from Mexico. If your teeth fit well, this is a very good product but if your teeth are lose the disolved powder oozes out on to your gums and will not hold but half a day. However, I do recommend this product better than the American versions of the same product. By the way, I have 2 sets of upper dentures; one tighter than another.
